Return Policy

Do you want to return a product? You can initiate returns directly in your customer account. Under return and guarantee you will find all the information you need. We have listed the requirements for you below. Products purchased from Pegame can be returned by post.

1. Return period

The return periods apply from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is decisive for the return.

1.1. 14 days right to return products purchased from Pegame

Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Pegame can be returned within 14 calendar days.

1.2. 7 days right to return products purchased from third parties

Subject to the exceptions below, the products that were purchased through our online shop from other retailers or third parties can be returned within 7 calendar days.

2. No right of return

Unfortunately, we cannot offer redemptions in the following cases:

  • For damaged articles (with the exception of transport damage)
  • If the original packaging is not available
  • When accessories are missing
  • For electronic software licenses (ESD)
  • With food
  • When buying or renting cars, electric cars, hybrid cars
  • When the articles of the following product groups are open:
    • Consumables (toner, filters, ink cartridges, etc.)
    • Hygiene items (headphones, toothbrushes, razors etc.)
    • Child seats
    • Broken seal software
    • Books, DVDs
    • Articles used for the preparation or storage of food (blenders, pans, Tupperware etc.)

3. Refund value

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:

Full refund at the purchase price:

  • The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging
  • Clothing and shoes: Reimbursement of the purchase price if the following requirements are met: No signs of wear, labels on the item of clothing and original packaging

Discount depending on the condition of the goods (at least 10% or minimum deduction CHF 10):

  • The article was opened or used (exceptions: see 2.):

Individual examination

  • Item with damaged packaging

4. Return shipping costs

The postage costs for the return of articles are generally borne by the sender. The return costs are covered by the Pegame in the following cases:

  • For clothing or shoes
  • When you receive a different item than ordered
  • In the event of incorrect information in the online shop
  • Upon receipt of an item not ordered
  • Upon receipt of a defective item (DOA)
  • When receiving an incomplete product
